In line with the principle of separation of functions referred to in art. 71 paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the management and control system, three NP Authorities have been identified:

Management Authority (MA)
Identified in the Manager of Service V – “Contracts and program implementation” of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture pursuant to Ministerial Decree of 30 June 2020, n. 299.

Accounting Authority (AC)
Body that carries out the Accounting Function, designated with AdG note prot.n. 13630 of 19 April 2023 in the Director General of the General Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Culture , in execution of the Ministerial Decree of 30 June 2020, n. 299.

Audit Authority (AdA)
Identified in the General Inspectorate for Financial Relations with the European Union (IGRUE) within the Department of General State Accounting of the Ministry of Economy and Finance , pursuant to the provisions of art. . 50, paragraph 13, letter d) and art.51, paragraph 1 of the legislative decree of 24 February 2023 n. 13 converted, with amendments, by law 21 April 2023, n.41 (in Official Journal 21/04/2023, n. 94).
