Action 1.2.1 | Creation of a common digital infrastructure for the automated management of e-booking, e-ticketing and user profiling services
With the national digital platform, the National Culture Programme (NCCP) intends to mark a significant advance in the digitisation of cultural services by focusing exclusively on so-called ‘minor’ cultural venues. This initiative involves more than 250 institutions, including museums, archaeological sites, monuments, national libraries and state archives in less developed regions and Sicily. The platform aims to improve access and management of services through the creation of a digital network for the automated provision of e-booking, e-ticketing and user profiling. The aim is to maximise efficiency and improve the cultural experience of visitors, while providing useful data for deeper audience analysis. To support this change, the action includes the installation of advanced access control technologies, such as turnstiles, to ensure a safe and easy visit to cultural sites. With this platform, the NP is committed to modernising and making smaller cultural treasures more accessible, in line with the objectives of innovation and accessibility.
Action 1.3.1 | Promoting the creation, growth and competitive positioning of enterprises in the cultural sectors
The proposed action aims to support and strengthen existing cultural enterprises and promote the emergence of new cultural enterprises in less developed regions. This support relates to cultural projects, products and initiatives that will help develop a public and private cultural market and strengthen cultural supply chains. The action focuses on the cultural component, providing targeted support to specific cultural supply chains. Cultural projects related to investment, new product development, and organisational innovation proposed by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives and Third Sector entities with more than 3 years of experience or less than 3 years of activity will be supported. These projects cover five cultural fields: Music, Audiovisual, Theatre, Dance, Cultural Heritage, Visual Arts, Literature and Publishing.
